The following is a brief
overview of the sales terms and conditions for customers of GoGoCity.com.
Please carefully read the
Terms and Conditions section of the help for a complete view of our policies.
If you find GoGoCity.com's policies acceptable, click on the "Accept" button
on the bottom of the page to continue registration. If you do not accept the terms and conditions
of GoGoCity.com, you may click on the "Exit" button.
Returns: Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days
of the original invoice date,
except as noted on particular products. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted
after 30 days of the original invoice date. All returns require an RMA number which
can be obtained from the customer service department. Returns must be received by
GoGoCity.com within 7 business days from the receipt of an RMA number.
A few products offered by GoGoCity.com, if returned for any reason other than
a replacement due to a defective product or an incorrect shipment, will be
subject to restocking fee.
All will call / pick up products will be subject to a restocking fee if the customer did not pick up their products
when it is ready for pick up.
We not guarantee we can cancel order once your order had been placed. If the order is shipped, our RMA policy
applies.

Special Orders: Special orders will take longer to fill due to the fact that it
is made to order. Special orders are not refundable or exchangeable.
Shipping Costs:GoGoCity.com does not reimburse any customer return shipping cost. Return Shipping Cost is
the same as your cost to drive to any store for returning an item, which is not
reimbursable.
Price Adjustment: GoGoCity.com updates its website frequently to ensure
that customers are viewing the latest prices and receiving the latest savings.
At the time you make a purchase, you agree to pay the price listed on the GoGoCity.com
web site. We are unable to make price adjustments after an item has been shipped.
However, if your item has not yet been shipped, contact our customer service department
and we will be happy to adjust the price for you.
Compatibility: GoGoCity.com makes every effort to provide customers with
detailed descriptions of the products we have to offer. If there are any questions
beyond what is written on the web site, please contact the product manufacturer.
Non-Refundable Items:
Any software, CD/DVD media, zip cartridges, laser printers, inkjet cartridges, all cell phone accessories, games, cables,
connectors, removeable drives, adapters, tools, digital cameras all retail products and
notebooks.
